All instructors will be rotating through, so you will have a chance to see and talk to all of us, we are excited to see you as well.
To join an online class please follow the 3 steps below:

STEP 1Find Your Class TimesUse the schedule below to find your online class time based on your original class location. Choose ONE specific location. If you regularly attended multiple locations it is requested that you only choose one. Each class will be offered 2x's weekly

STEP 2Use the Link Below to Join Your Class 15 Minutes Prior to The Class TimePlease have all exercise equipment (band, ball, chair) and water ready to go in advance. Make sure you have space to complete a regular S.A.F.E. ZONE class.

STEP 3Enjoy and Be Safe!Please read and be aware of the exercise disclaimer. Go at your own pace, rest and/or stop when necessary. Instructors will provide reminders throughout the class. Unless you have a question concerning a particular exercise, we will try to have time at the end to connect with you. Zoom Tips!
- Use the Start Video button if you'd like your camera to be on (everyone in the room will be able to see you).
- Use the Stop Video button if you don't want your camera to be on (you will still be able to watch the class but no one will be able to see you)
- If you have slow internet or have trouble staying connected, consider leaving your camera off when joining the group.
