To help tackle the challenges of COVID-19, we're adding videos you can enjoy from the comfort of your home, and join in! Stay active and follow along, just ensure you're safe!

Spring 2020 Exercise Videos!

This is where the video magic began! Starting in March 2020, Jan recorded a series of exercise videos to keep you on your toes while we waited out the lockdown (and before classes started running on Zoom!). These are great when your schedule doesn't fit the available live classes or if you want to download and complete a S.A.F.E. ZONE class offline (use the links below each video to download for offline use).
