How much does the program cost?This is a government funded program, so there is no charge for these classes.

Where are you located?We have 19 locations throughout Brantford and Brant County with a variety of days and times. Pleas call (519) 770-6499 for a list of locations, or click on the class schedule tab on the home page

How do I register?To register, all you have to do is call Jan Norris @ (519) 770-6499 to discuss available locations. Once you have decided on a location, you can attend that location and fill out the necessary paperwork. The instructors can assist you if required. We are now permitting individuals to drop - in to register for our program at this time.

How old do I have to be?The program is designated as a Seniors exercise program which ranges from 55+. Please feel free to call (519) 770-6499 to discuss this further.

Are there specific criteria to join the program?Independent, 55+ needing assistance with balance due to chronic disease, resides in the community, at risk of changes/decline in mobility, at risk of falls or previous fall.

Can I join at any time?We are a progressive exercise program with no specific start or stop date. The programs run continuously with breaks for Christmas, and Statutory Holidays. Participants can join at any time, instructors can assist you if necessary.

Can my husband/wife attend with me?
The program is designed for both men and women.
